About Luther Maddy

Hello, My name is Luther Maddy and I am a former pro football player turned pro real estate agent with Elite Realty. In addition to owning MadAssist, I serve on the Board of Directors at the Boys & Girls Club. I am on the committee for the Lynchburg Area Youth Sports Initiative (LAYSI), the LAR Community Outreach Committee, the LAR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and a New Way Up. I am active in the community and have an in-depth understanding of market conditions. This allows me to meet the needs of my clients, whether they're purchasing a home, selling, or renting. Sellers know they can rely upon me for an unbiased Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of their home's value. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. While working in leasing and marketing I acquired my CAM designation. I have been within the real estate industry for more than 5 years and continuously stay informed on the growing market policies. Furthermore, while serving as the captain for the Virginia Tech Hokies football team I have demonstrated what it meant to go the extra mile. I was named to several All-Conference and All-American’s teams during my career which helped lead me to playing professional football. After an unfortunate knee surgery right before the NFL combine, I went undrafted to the New Orleans Saints. While in camp with the Saint’s, I tore my pectoral muscle and continued playing professional football for the BC Lions in Canada. My degree in property management coupled with my experiences while playing professional football have enabled me to be a successful Realtor®. Your best interests are my number one priority and I can help make your dreams a reality. Call or email me today so that we can discuss your real estate needs.
